How you will make history here... The Project engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership by identifying, developing and executing capital projects for the factory. This position will maintain visibility to the design process and assure adherence to Campbells standards and project deliverables while directly managing overall project execution. Additionally, this position will coordinate with maintenance, operations, quality and safety groups inside and outside the organization. What you will do... Collaborate with maintenance, operations, quality and safety teams to align projects with the plant needs. Develop and execute CAPEX projects from $25k to $1,000k+. Develop project scopes, detailed engineering designs/layouts and specifications. Direct and execute design, installation, construction, and commissioning of projects to ensure a seamless transition to operations. Manage and control budgets, provide cost forecasts and cash flow projections. Provide technical and troubleshooting support for operations and maintenance. Strong knowledge of process design and engineering principles Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills to rally teams and inspire results. A track record of leading successful projects from start to finish Adaptability in a fast-paced industrial environment Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Project management SAP Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Project Who you will work with... Maintenance, Operations, Quality, Warehousing and Corporate Engineering What you bring to the table... (Must Have) Bachelor's degree in Engineering 3+ years of experience as a project manager in a manufacturing environment It would be great to have... (Nice to Have) Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. PMP certification Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt Relevant experience in food manufacturing, operations or process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma)
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $114,900-$158,000 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
