We are a growing Engineering firm located in the heart of Doylestown, PA with a reach in Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, Northampton, Lehigh, Philadelphia and surrounding counties. We excel in community association work as well as residential and commercial design services for architects, contractors, owners, etc.

RESPONSIBILITES

Knowledge of site/civil design and land development, including zoning, grading, drainage, stormwater, E&S control, utilities, etc. Assist in land development, zoning review, coordination with township & permit applications. Preform field inspection and develop technical reports for existing site features such as retaining walls, basins, erosion & flooding issues, etc. Preform construction management and field inspections for ongoing projects including site/civil projects, pavement, grading, stormwater, E&S, etc. Conduct site inspections and observations to determine physical condition of existing buildings and infrastructure. Assist with financial capital reserve and transition studies for community associations, commercial properties, etc .

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Required P.E. Required Minimum 10+ years experience in municipal engineering or civil design and land development including residential & commercial projects. Preferably local experience in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and/or Lehigh Valley. Experience with Civil3D, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, & project management Experience with cost estimating, construction estimating, capital reserve studies, a plus but not required.
