Job Description
The Building Engineer is responsible for ensuring that Eagleville Hospital's infrastructure, utilities, and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. The Building Engineer ensures that our facilities remain functional, comfortable, and aligned with our operational goals, directly supporting the mission and daily activities of the organization. This role combines technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems with hands-on maintenance and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Maintenance, installation and repair of commercial / residential HVAC systems and HVAC & Boiler equipment Strong Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex building system issues Proficient in understanding Building Management Systems (BMS) When needed, work with Electrical systems and be able to troubleshoot electrical control circuits Ability to troubleshoot fire alarm systems, sprinkler and emergency systems Respond to emergency situations, such as power outages or water leaks and a rotating on-call schedule Maintain and update work orders and daily logs Will require a valid driver's license in good standing to drive Eagleville vehicles
