Description Interpret local SALDO, zoning, floodplain, and stormwater ordinances Design site grading, layout, roadways, and utilities in AutoCAD Civil 3D Develop sanitary sewer and water system profiles and details Prepare cost estimates and technical reports per regulatory standards Assist with stormwater and erosion control design Assemble permit applications for local, state, and federal agencies (e.g., NPDES, PennDOT) Support construction activities, including inspections, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews Produce and submit as-built record plans to regulatory authorities Skills Civil, Landscape architecture, Land development, Site development, Design, Stormwater Top Skills Details Civil,Landscape architecture,Land development Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with: Site analysis and feasibility studies Land development design Land development permitting PennDOT permitting Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
