Job Description

Overview AC Miller Concrete Products is seeking a Civil Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our Spring City, PA office. The ideal candidate will have strong civil engineering design and analytical skills, with experience in structural design, precast concrete (desirable). This role includes collaborating closely with customers and project managers to deliver high-quality results. Position Skills And Qualifications B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 5-10 years of relevant civil engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or the ability to obtain within 1 year. EIT required Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have U.S. employment authorization. Responsibilities Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical figures. Contribute to the preparation of project work plans, budgets, and schedules. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and deploy design tools to optimize material use and labor efficiency Actively participate in the quality control and quality assurance program. Review project details and provide design assistance in development phase to sales department, outside consulting engineers, clients and agencies. Review contract drawings and develop design layouts, reinforcing steel designs, load analyses, etc. including safe lifting and handling methods. Produce preliminary packages consisting of design documentation, sketches, take offs, etc. for sales department to use in preparing bids for clients.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
