We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing Site/Civil team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong technical design experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to a wide range of land development and infrastructure projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists to support the planning, design, and execution of site/civil engineering projects. Over six months, you'll build professional development, business acumen, and project delivery skills through real case studies, simulations, and role-play - not passive lectures - culminating in an in-person capstone event where you'll present your work and map out your goals for the year ahead. Your Future Starts With A Plan. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed site/civil engineering design including: site layout, grading & drainage, utility design, stormwater management systems, erosion & sedimentation control plans
Prepare site plans and construction documents
Support permitting efforts and coordinate with local and state agencies
Perform occasional field work and site investigations
Collaborate with internal project teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions
Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and technical documentation Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2-4 years of relevant civil/site engineering experience
EIT registration required, PE strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Experience with StormCAD and HydroCAD preferred
Familiarity with local and state permitting requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills

This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
