Responsibilities:
Manage the design and delivery of site development projects from concept to construction. Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and site layout design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Prepare proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and permit applications. Lead project schedules, billing, and financial performance. Perform QA/QC reviews and ensure all deliverables meet client and regulatory standards. Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and contractors on large-scale projects. Mentor junior engineers and offer technical guidance. Represent client in meetings with clients and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license preferred or in progress). 5+ years of civil/site design and land development experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D. Familiarity with local, state, and federal permitting processes. Proven project management and client communication skills. Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and build strong relationships.

Pay:
$93,272.25 - $101,295.05 per year
