You will play a vital role in supporting a new 200+ unit ground-up multifamily apartment project in North Seattle. Working directly alongside an experienced project management team, you will expand your technical construction skill set in a collaborative environment. Impact:
Assist project leaders with master scheduling and daily construction progress tracking. Support the pre-construction team with trade estimating, bidding, and proposal reviews. Manage essential project logs in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings. Coordinate directly with trade subcontractors during site walk-throughs and procurement. Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, including updated specifications, plans, and as-builts. Contribute to project quality control and safety monitoring across all active work zones. Build positive professional relationships with project owners, engineers, and city officials.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
At least 1 year of experience as a commercial Project Engineer or equivalent. Experience working on multi-level concrete structural projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related 4-year degree program. Complete knowledge of plan reading, shop drawings, and technical specification review. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Procore software.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Prior exposure to project management roles across various company sizes. Experience supporting ground-up multifamily developments and tenant improvements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 based on experience. Flexible weekly schedule with Work-From-Home Fridays.
