Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Engineer- Construction in Bloomington, MN Currently 2 days in office, 3 days work from home. This job will have the following responsibilities: What you'll be doing... In this role, you will oversee every aspect of project coordination and construction for the 5GHR initiative across various markets. Your scope includes managing cell site upgrades as well as the construction or modification of Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and Multi-Tenant Units (MTUs). You will be tasked with identifying and tracking critical milestones while maintaining databases for hundreds of individual projects. Working alongside other project leads and project managers, you will navigate multiple data systems to ensure priorities remain aligned and drive teams toward successful completion. This involves frequent collaboration with both external partners and internal stakeholders. This position will be primarily office driven with limited to no field time What we're looking for... The ideal candidate possesses the expertise required to oversee a significant portfolio of wireless engineering and construction initiatives. You will be responsible for evaluating challenges and implementing strategic solutions to maintain project momentum. While operating with some autonomy, you must also excel as a collaborative leader, synchronizing team efforts to achieve optimal results. Thriving in a high-velocity setting, you will manage diverse tasks and prioritize deliverables to meet critical milestones. Maintaining steady leadership under high-pressure conditions is essential. As a proficient communicator, you will cultivate relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders and translate intricate technical details into accessible information for all audiences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience. Experience in project management techniques and tools to develop project plans, prioritize, schedule and drive delivery based on objectives. Experience working with engineering and construction vendors. Ability to perform detailed analysis and develop implementable strategies. Forward thinking to anticipate issues. Experience in developing and maintaining spreadsheets. Experience in Google applications such as Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc. Proven ability to work with large teams and drive large, complex projects. Experience with developing and delivering reports that clearly depict the project's status. Able to clearly articulate issues to all working levels. Able to deliver presentations to audiences. Must communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in English. An Associate college degree or higher is desired. Experience in FUZE and Minerva is a plus. Must be highly motivated and willing to learn quickly Medical, Dental , and Vision Insurance is offered to qualified candidates.
