The focus of this position is driving the construction and activation of macro cell site modifications and MDU/MTU building installations. You need a keen eye for detail, but never lose sight of the big picture. Being results-driven and well-organized, you are adept at identifying potential project roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies. Tracking milestones and coordinating across disciplines on missing, upcoming, and past-due tasks. Managing changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change. Tracking handoff intervals and average timelines for milestone benchmarks. Standardizing reporting, workflows, and processes across disciplines and tools. The position is located in the Detroit, Michigan market What we're looking for... You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant work experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work/miltary experience, or specialized training. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Valid driver's license. Experience with the design and install of equipment used in transmitting broadband data over in-building networks. Experience with coax, twisted pair copper or fiber optic cabling and complex networks as well as switching equipment. Experience with coordinating installation of new in-building networks or equipment. Experience with managing large build projects involving broadband services, and ensure timely planning and implementation Experience with producing technical as-built documentation. Experience understanding hazard identification & prevention. Knowledge and experience with CATV provider termination points (e.g., terminals, pedestals). Experience with testing and troubleshooting coax and Cat6a Ethernet cabling. Experience working off of ladders (step/extension/folding). Experience with drilling in multiple dwelling/commercial buildings. Frontline experience with working with customer/clients. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Knowledge & experience with Google Suite and other computer and mobility based applications. Ability to evaluate multi-tenant (residence and business) buildings to determine compatibility with different networks and systems. Ability to provide general ad-hoc operational support for local field engineering and sales teams. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet management. Excellent organizational abilities and professional communication expertise. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $96,000 - $157,000. Where you'll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
