Key Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from planning and entitlement through design and construction.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, and roadway design efforts.
• Review engineering calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications.
• Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, agencies, and project partners.
• Guide projects through permitting and regulatory review processes.
• Mentor engineers and designers while fostering technical excellence.
• Participate in business development, client relationship management, and project pursuits.
• Support quality assurance and quality control initiatives across project teams.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or greater in Civil Engineering or related field Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred 7+ in civil engineering design, land development, and utility systems. Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D and strong working knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience with drainage design, H&H modeling, and stormwater management practices. Familiarity with construction management and construction administration practices. Experience performing plan reviews and navigating permitting processes with municipal agencies. Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills; ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.
