We are looking for a driven Site Civil and Water Resources Engineer in Syracuse, NY to support our stormwater and site development design projects. As a key member of our team, you'll have the chance to work on challenging projects ranging from small site and stormwater design to large building projects or public and private infrastructure upgrades. You'll get to work on site civil planning, layout, grading, drainage (hydrology and hydraulics), and stormwater/green infrastructure design, utility design, erosion control, design review, and permitting and construction support. You'll work closely with our talented project teams through all phases of plan production as we carry projects from planning to concept design to bid-ready documents and into construction. Here's what you'll need Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proficient professional engineering experience in site layout, grading and drainage, stormwater/green infrastructure, utility, and erosion control design. Experience leading a team to assemble and review construction drawings and specifications. Project management experience or a desire to take on project management duties. Professional Engineer (PE) license in any state and ability to obtain via reciprocity. Ideally, here's what you'll also have: Master's Degree CAD/C3D design experience Familiar with drainage programs such as Hydraflow HydroCAD, Culvertmaster, or Flowmaster #LI-AD2
