  • M.S. in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience
  • PE license required
  • Strong creative skills and technical background
  • A keen focus on client satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and follow through on responsibilities to meet project deadlines
  • Capacity to thrive in a collaborative team setting
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP, STAAD.Pro, RAM Steel, ETABS, and/or SAFE (or equivalent), Enercalc, Tedds, and Concept
  • Familiarity with design/build and comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements
  • Proven experience working on all phases of construction documents
  • Proficiency in the latest releases of Revit
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Bluebeam (a plus)
  • Ability to travel if necessary (majority of work along the Wasatch Front)

Bonus Pay Schedule:
Monday - Friday with a focus on work-life balance
Location:
Salt Lake City, UT or Boise, ID with a flexible, hybrid work environment
Education:
Master's degree is required
Experience:
PE license required; candidates should be on track for licensure and possess a minimum of 4 years of consulting structural engineering experience.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
