The company delivers a range of commercial projects across sectors including retail, office, high-end restaurants, breweries, and schools, with a strong focus on adaptive reuse and core & shell developments. The Spartanburg office is a smaller, close-knit team, offering a collaborative and supportive environment where you'll gain hands-on exposure across all aspects of the project lifecycle. It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career to learn directly from experienced Project Managers and Preconstruction teams. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a couple of years' experience looking to build a long-term career, with clear progression into Project Management or Preconstruction.
