Today Job Description Job Overview Infrastructure Design Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Summer Intern to join our team. You will work alongside experienced professional engineers on exciting real-world municipal, land development, and infrastructure projects. This internship offers hands-on field experience, technical office training, and direct mentorship.
Key Responsibilities Design & Analysis:
Assist with preparing project plans, design calculations, cost estimates, and reports using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
Field Work:
Visit active job sites to conduct construction observation and data collection.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, CAD technicians, and land survey team.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and the physical ability to navigate outdoor job sites and weather conditions.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week during the summer season
