What You'll Do:
Prepare site development construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects Design water, sewer, storm drainage, grading, and related site infrastructure using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Develop engineering designs and calculations and support permitting efforts for land development projects Assist with site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control design Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, municipalities, and internal discipline teams Produce and refine Civil 3D models and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards Support projects throughout design, permitting, and construction Manage assigned tasks to meet project scope, schedule, and quality expectations
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 4+ years of experience designing land development projects Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D Experience with grading, drainage, stormwater, water, sewer, and utility design EIT or PE registration preferred, or the ability to obtain PE licensure within approximately one year Understanding of local permitting and land development processes Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment Strong initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills A collaborative approach and client-service mindset Why Consider This Opportunity?
