About You As an Engineer in Training, you will begin your professional journey by supporting a variety of engineering tasks under the guidance of experienced engineers. You will gain hands-on experience in structural analysis and design support while developing your technical and professional skills. This role provides a strong foundation for career growth, offering exposure to real-world projects, mentorship, and opportunities to build confidence in both technical work and client interaction.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Perform basic structural calculations using established engineering principles and techniques. Assist in the preparation and development of construction documents for projects. Support field investigations and site visits under the supervision of senior engineers. Conduct standard computations and analyses to aid in project development. Communicate design concepts and coordinate with drafters and internal team members. Collaborate effectively within a team environment to support project success. Education and Licensure Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Passed or actively preparing to take the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam. Registered Engineer in Training (EIT) or Engineer Intern (EI), or ability to obtain certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Skills & Experience Foundational understanding of structural and civil engineering principles. Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and basic engineering practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail with solid organizational abilities. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment. Software Proficiency We utilize a variety of software tools to enhance productivity and service delivery.
