From concept to completion, projects are guided through feasibility studies, permitting, design, construction, and commissioning, ensuring technical precision and real-world functionality.Responsibilities:
Manage project revenue, costs, cash flow, and cost projections. Contract, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors and product vendors. Prepare, submit, and review project submittals. Coordinate internal and external project closeout activities. Maintain strong working relationships with client representatives. Assist with operations planning, including work plans, buyout, and test and inspection plans. Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts. Follow direction from Project Managers and incorporate feedback as needed. Assist with month-end reporting. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation. Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Maintain regular, reliable attendance. Work collaboratively and effectively with team members and stakeholders.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Five years of related construction industry experience Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Primavera and HeavyJob/HeavyBid is preferred Regular, predictable attendance is required. Ability to get along and work effectively with others.Compensation Package:
Pay Range:
$71,000- $89,000 (DOE)
