Building maintenance professional responsible for the

EMS, HVAC

systems and maintenance functions for TCRG's building Portfolio. Oversight of maintenance policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Under direction, performs operating and maintenance tasks for one or more assigned properties Respond to normal and after-hours emergency calls Complete equipment repairs or replacements Record maintenance and repair information in accordance with guidelines established by management direction or policy/procedure Maintain productivity-enhancing communications and working relationships with tenants, co-workers and management Perform property-specific duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Engineer, Assistant Operating Engineer, or Management team

Job Qualifications:

Building trade curriculum at a recognized technical school is preferred Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in commercial or institutional buildings with complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems Computer skills and basic mathematical skills Knowledgeable in excel a plus Ability to apply sound judgment in carrying out instructions, which come in either written, oral, or diagram form Language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Apply knowledge of property-specific information to support contractors engaged to perform maintenance of one or more building systems Leadership capabilities
