Company vehicle provided We are seeking a motivated and dependable Project Engineer / Field Engineer to join our team on a heavy civil construction project in the Houston area. This is a field-based position that requires travel between Fort Worth and Houston . The company will provide a company vehicle, hotel accommodations, and $48 per day per diem while traveling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, willing to travel, wants hands-on construction experience, and is interested in growing into greater project management responsibilities. Responsibilities Organize and maintain project paperwork and documentation Complete and submit daily reports in Procore Collect, organize, and track concrete delivery tickets Assist with scheduling concrete deliveries and concrete pours Communicate with concrete suppliers, material suppliers, and other project vendors Coordinate with field supervisors regarding upcoming work, deliveries, and material needs Attend daily morning project coordination meetings Help maintain accurate project records and ensure required documentation is submitted on time Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project needs Help track quantities, deliveries, schedules, and field documentation Communicate professionally with field personnel, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and project representatives Qualifications Construction experience preferred, but we are willing to consider a motivated candidate who is eager to learn Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related education is a plus Procore experience preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other common construction software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative Comfortable working in both field and office environments Must be willing to travel between Fort Worth and Houston Must be available Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays as project needs require Travel & Benefits This position requires regular travel to the Houston project. $48/day per diem Company-paid hotel Company vehicle provided Monday-Friday work schedule Some Saturday work may be required Long-term opportunity for advancement within the company Opportunity for Growth We are looking for someone who wants to learn the construction business from the field and grow with the company . Pay:

$74,691.43 - $89,950.97 per year
