Job Description As a Field Engineer you will be involved in the full life cycle of a project from design to commissioning. This role will require collaboration across functional groups to resolve technical design issues, ensure quality installations, track and report cost/schedule metrics, and model safe work practices. This is a role that requires sound technical judgement and creative problem-solving skills to support all teams.

Responsibilities Include:

Complete constructability reviews, Manage Request for Information (RFI) for both coordination and providing technical answers, Execute purchases $100k and under and support purchase orders over $100k, Complete and track value engineering efforts, Standard and specification review and development, Provide feedback on construction sequencing for your discipline, Identify and provide a path of resolution to technical field issues as they arise in collaboration with engineering, applicable contractors, and other parties as required. Skills and Requirements Degree in Engineering or equivalent experienceExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills are a mustAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specificationsHigh proficiency in Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCADProficiency with the follow programs is a bonus: iConstruct, Ansys, Inventor, Compress, Aconex, CADWorx Plant Professional, Revit, and STAADProven ability to identify field issues and propose efficient solutions3+ years of relevant industry experience (heavy industrial, oil & gas, complex chemical plants)Previous experience on $200M+ projects, preferably with experience on both "owner" and "contractor" side We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
