Job Description
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
(EIT or PE) Our client is a top structural design firm with a focus on foundation and framing for residential and light commercial roles. They are seeking to add aSTRUCTURAL ENGINEER
to their team with compensation at $90K-$150K, depending on experience. This role isDIRECT-HIRE
(PERM), withFULL BENEFITS
available. This position is located in Fort Worth (North Area) and does require onsite attendance.- This role does require a

DEGREE and current EIT or PE standing. This role requires relevant experience inRESIDENTIAL
structural orLIGHT COMMERCIAL
structural.The Expectations:
- Lead structural design for residential and light commercial projects, with a focus on foundations and framing systems (wood, steel, and concrete).
- Prepare, review, and seal structural calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with applicable building codes and standards.
- Conduct site investigations and structural inspections; evaluate existing structures and develop repair or retrofit solutions.
- Serve as Engineer of Record on select projects, taking responsibility for technical accuracy and code compliance.
- Coordinate directly with clients, architects, contractors, and local jurisdictions in a highly collaborative two-engineer firm environment.
- Manage projects from proposal through construction administration, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
- Support business development through client relationships, repeat work, and proposal preparation.
