What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer who can support field coordination, project documentation, cost tracking, and technical follow-through.
Project Snapshot:
This role supports Sommet Blanc, a 50-unit ski-in/ski-out condominium development with three residential towers at Empire Pass in Deer Valley.
Role Summary:
You will support the Project Managers and Superintendents with subcontractor coordination, change documentation, reporting, and daily project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare change orders, work orders, reports, schedules, and cost analyses. Coordinate construction activities with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and other project stakeholders. Track field work against project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation. Help resolve technical issues and support compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and project standards.
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices. Advanced Google Sheets skills, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work accurately with project documents and collaborate with field and office teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or practical construction experience through an internship or co-op. Familiarity with project management software, drafting, or clash detection.
