Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of active construction projects. Assist with project documentation, scheduling, communication, and overall project administration. Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently. Monitor project progress and help resolve issues that arise throughout the construction process. Gain exposure to multiple projects simultaneously across a variety of market sectors. Participate in a structured development program designed to build well-rounded construction management experience. Travel periodically to project sites throughout Vermont, Eastern New York, and bordering areas of New Hampshire. Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant A Successful Project Engineer should have: 0-4 years of construction industry experience. Ability to commute to South Burlington, Vermont. Strong communication and organizational skills. Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in construction management. Ability to work both in an office setting and in the field as needed. Technical or construction-related degree. Experience supporting construction projects in any market sector.
