Job Description
About the Role AP Consulting Engineers (APCE) is hiring a Civil Project Engineer to join our collaborative team working on commercial and residential land development projects throughout the Puget Sound region. You'll work across the full project lifecycle — from early-stage planning through permitting and construction — alongside experienced engineers who are invested in your professional growth. What You'll Work On Stormwater analysis and design (Western Washington Hydrology Model, WWHM; Washington State stormwater manuals) Water and sewer utility design Road design and subdivision layout Floodplain analyses and stream-related work Technical report preparation Permitting coordination and jurisdiction negotiation Project management and leading junior engineers Our projects span King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Thurston Counties and their cities, plus floodplain work in Kittitas County — you'll build deep working knowledge across multiple jurisdictions' stormwater and permitting regimes.
