PROJECT ENGINEER

in WI Project Engineer Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning within a manufacturing facility. Manage project scope, budget, schedule, contractor activities, equipment installation, and startup efforts. Provide technical leadership to support operational improvements, capacity expansion, and plant modernization initiatives. Develop project scopes, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and business case justifications for CAPEX investments. Coordinate engineering design, vendor selection, contractor bidding, and project planning activities. Ensure projects meet operational, safety, quality, and financial objectives. Project Execution Manage project execution, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities. Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and risks while providing regular status updates to leadership. Oversee contractor performance and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 3+ years of Project Engineering experience with a strong track record managing CAPEX projects in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to lead projects from concept through implementation with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
