full-time We're seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Construction to join our small, highly-skilled and deeply-experienced team. For over 35 years, we've provided the highest quality concrete and masonry repair and waterproofing to companies across southern Wisconsin. Candidates must commute to our Menomonee Falls, WI office at least 4 days a week, and will also travel to job sites. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Prepare proposals that describe the customer's problem and how it will be solved Estimate job costs and duration of projects Negotiate contracts Order and set up needed materials and equipment Coordinate with subcontractors Coordinate and schedule jobs with customers and the Statz Restoration field crews Visit ongoing projects to ensure jobs are on schedule and are of excellent quality Process customer invoices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering required All engineering disciplines welcome to apply (mechanical, industrial, etc); Civil Engineers preferred Experience in project management, sales and estimating a plus Must be able to commute to our Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin office on a regular basis Self-starter who is hard working, driven and confident Enjoy building relationships with customers and team members in the office and in the field Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information in layman's terms Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain level-headed Understanding of what it takes to do physical labor Knowledge of concrete and masonry a plus WI P.E. Salary:
$100-160k base salary depending on experience, plus profit sharing, plus great potential for yearly bonus
