Role Summary The Graduate/Entry-Level Site Engineer role is designed for individuals at the beginning of their career, typically with limited construction experience. This role focuses on developing the technical and practical skills required to deliver XYZ Reality's services on construction projects. This role will perform the same operational tasks as Site Engineers but will receive additional training, mentorship, and support while they develop their competency. Key Responsibilities Track construction progress against BIM models using XYZ's Augmented Reality Device - The Atom. Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform. Ensure these QA Issues are submitted to the client on daily basis. Be responsible for the quality of your work ensuring that it follows outlined workflows and standards. Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting standards. Collaborate with other engineers on-site to ensure full coverage of the project. Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards. Required Skills & Experience Degree or relatable education/experience in engineering, construction management, surveying, or related discipline.
