Job Description

Develops civil engineering construction plans, calculations, reports, and permit documentation for multifamily development projects. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3 years of relevant civil engineering experience. Current Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain EIT certification within 1 year of employment. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with Hydraflow or equivalent hydrologic analysis software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Bluebeam or comparable PDF markup software. Experience preparing civil engineering construction plans and technical calculations. Preferred Skills Experience supporting multifamily development projects. Experience with projects located in Georgia, Florida, or the Southeast. Experience with hydrologic and stormwater analysis. Experience with grading, drainage, erosion control, and utility design. Experience preparing permit documentation for land development projects. Job Responsibilities Develop civil engineering construction plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Prepare technical calculations, engineering reports, and permit documentation. Perform hydrologic and stormwater analyses. Develop site grading plans. Prepare earthwork calculations. Develop erosion and sedimentation control plans. Prepare tree management and landscaping plans. Design utility systems, including water and sanitary sewer infrastructure. Coordinate design requirements with project stakeholders and other engineering disciplines. Review and revise plans based on engineering calculations, site conditions, and project requirements. Support permitting and regulatory review activities. Maintain civil design drawings and supporting technical documentation throughout project development.
Pay:
