Civil Engineering Co-op/Intern We're seeking motivated Civil Engineering Co-op/Interns to support a variety of infrastructure projects under the supervision of a project manager. This role offers hands-on experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to solve real-world challenges in the design and construction of landfills, bridges, pipelines, dams, and more. Key Responsibilities Office Work Generate and revise engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Assemble high-quality project deliverables. Write and edit technical reports Conduct engineering calculations and provide technical support for field activities. Field Work Perform field tests and site observations Interstate travel in Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana to different work sites. Prepare daily field reports and attend progress meetings. Demonstrate consistent and exemplary safety compliance. Alert project personnel to issues or non-conforming test results. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred. Eagerness to learn and an enthusiasm for growth. Additional Requirements Ability to work effectively in diverse teams, including engineers, technicians, and non-technical personnel. Weekend and Overtime hours as necessary. Comfortability with Pickup trucks/large standard vehicles. Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening (CTI is a Drug-Free Workplace). Valid REAL ID compliant driver's license required.
