Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards and project timelines
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to develop project requirements and design solutions
• Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D renderings and architectural drawings
• Oversee construction administration, including site visits and coordination with contractors
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
• Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal writing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, NavisWorks, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction management processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics
