6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update BIM models and drawing packages.
Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural teams.
Support project deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Perform model reviews, clash detection, and design coordination.
Produce and maintain construction documents.
Ensure BIM standards and project execution plans are followed.
Track project milestones and communicate progress to project teams.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of BIM Modeling experience.
Strong proficiency with:
Revit
AutoCAD
Navisworks
Microsoft Office
Experience creating and maintaining BIM models.
Construction document experience.
Experience coordinating with multiple design disciplines.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting MEP, industrial, semiconductor, or engineering projects.
Experience working within architectural or engineering consulting environments.
Clash detection and model coordination experience.
