Revit Designer | Custom Homes Scottsdale, AZ | Full Time | In Office $28-$40/hour+ DOE Who We Are We are a family-owned custom home builder based in Scottsdale, with over 21 years of experience building in the Valley. We specialize in high-end custom homes and large-scale remodels, and we handle everything in-house. From design to construction, our team works closely together to create a seamless experience for our clients. We also own our own framing company and recently launched a landscape division, so there is always a strong pipeline of work and a lot happening behind the scenes. Our office, design studio, and warehouse are all located near Loop 101 and Raintree. This is where our team collaborates daily. We keep our team tight, collaborative, and aligned. The Role We are looking for someone who can take a design vision and bring it to life through Revit modeling and high-quality 3D renderings . You will work closely with our lead designer, helping translate ideas into visuals that clients can walk through and actually understand before construction begins. This is not a siloed role. You will be part of the design process, working alongside a designer who knows the client vision and needs someone who can execute it at a high level. You will also be creating elevations and construction drawings that our subcontractors rely on in the field, so accuracy matters. We are actively hiring and looking to move quickly, with a target start date of late May or early June. Core Requirements Proficient in Revit Experience producing renderings using Enscape or Lumion Ability to produce client-ready 3D renderings Experience creating construction drawings, elevations, and floor plans Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized 1 to 3 or more years of experience preferred, or a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skill level. This role requires someone who can take direction, collaborate closely, and execute consistently. What You Will Be Doing Create 3D models in Revit and produce renderings using Enscape or Lumion Build walkthrough experiences for clients Produce construction documents and elevations for the field Work side by side with the lead designer to bring ideas to life Support both custom homes and large remodel projects What Helps You Stand Out Background in architecture, drafting, or interior design Experience in custom homes or residential construction Understanding of how drawings translate into real-world construction If your work is strong, we are open to different backgrounds.
