Tempe, Arizona job type: Contract salary: $30.21 - 38.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Develop 3D structural models and contract drawings in Revit based on verbal instructions or rough sketches for semiconductor facilities.

Apply department and client standards consistently to produce complete sets of accurate structural plans and details.

Take full ownership of assigned project scope, independently managing workloads and verifying accuracy prior to submission.

Support cross-disciplinary design coordination, BIM workflows, and QA/QC review processes for assigned packages.

Collaborate effectively in a team environment, advance design automation skills, and uphold Our Client's Culture of Care.

qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with completed coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD). Minimum of 2 years of structural drafting/design experience and at least 1 year of Revit proficiency.
