Job Summary We are seeking a talented Structural Graphic Designer with experience in concepting, design and execution of pop retail displays and fixtures. You will partner closely with our marketing, sales, and production teams to create engaging display solutions that enhance the retail experience and drive sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Combine your creativity with structural engineering expertise to craft unique, standout moments that set new standards in the market. Experience in adhering to brand standards and guidelines, with the ability to modify existing 2D artwork to align with 3D models for proposals and concept approvals, incorporating client artwork as needed. Prepare print-ready files for prototype production, maintaining consistency and adhering to naming and storage protocols. Oversee projects from concept to completion, converting marketing objectives into effective design solutions. Ensure files are properly prepared for print using industry-standard production techniques. Coordinate with internal team and clients to manage artwork revisions and approvals. Skilled in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, staying organized, and meeting deadlines. Collaborate with team members to develop creative and structural design solutions. Carry out additional duties as assigned. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Minimum of three years of working in a similar professional environment.
High School Diploma Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
As a Structural Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for interpreting two-dimensional print die lines and building them into three-dimensional structures to scale using SketchUp or equivalent software. Able to maintain organization with multiple projects, deadlines and workflows and ability to provide accurate turnaround time estimates to account managers and the production scheduler. From concept to execution, your role will involve translating loose conceptual ideas into tangible print and three-dimensional pop pieces encompassing everything from graphics to corrugate retail fixtures and displays. Ability to translate a 3D model into a flat, print-optimized sheet. Advanced capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite v6+ (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) Expertise in SketchUp and knowledge of other 3D modeling programs is a must (Rhino, Solidworks, ArtiosCAD, etc.) Knowledge of materials and fabrication processes to ensure designs align with budget requirements. Ability to work independently, collaboratively within teams, and with internal customers with minimal supervision Dedicated, proactive, and able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to respond swiftly and make ongoing adjustments to deliver high-quality products. Must be detail-oriented, courteous, professional, and take pride in their work.
Compensation:
The base compensation range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year plus benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
