- Use critical thinking and discretion in assessing specific project needs and communicating effectively to the project manager.
- Begin to familiarize/learn the process for reviewing monthly fee drafts with Project Manager/Associate/Principal.
- Begins to understand how to apply authorized scope of work to tasks and meet deadlines.
- Assist in managing agendas, meeting minutes, and regular project status communications to build knowledge in these areas.
- Work independently on specific scopes of a project like calculations or documentation.
- Supports the team to produce work efficiently and profitably.

- Project Responsibilities Collaborate with designers to efficiently model high quality BIM models by implementing established firm-wide processes, methods and design guidelines Collaborate with the design team to successfully transfer design ideas into modeled elements in the BIM Model Set up new projects in Revit Provide direct support to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve BIM technical issues Setup Navisworks clash detection models and generate clash reports Act as trainer for new employees, as well as providing continuing education for current employees Prepare BIM models for use in Rendering environments, such as Enscape Performs other tasks/projects as requested by the BIM Manager Working with Clients•Client Responsibilities Enhance HLB's value to the client and promote the firm Use communication tools to manage client expectations Coordinate and align to project specific BIM standards Working with Teammates and Managers•Management Responsibilities Collaborate with the BIM Manager to develop and maintain the firmwide BIM needs Exhibits flexibility and cooperation with teammates Interface among design and technical staff as needed and communicate effectively with varied staff levels Manages work and prioritize time appropriately HLB's Corporate Culture and Values•Responsibilities to HLB initiatives Commitment to implementing new programs and ideas that improve the firm in all respects Represent the firm in a professional manner Reinforce HLB values•Artistry, Curiosity, Balance, Integrity, Legacy Participation in Designing our Future activities General Requirements (Outer) Skills (Inner) Specialized (Center) 0% Occupation 0% Education 0% Work Experience 0% Location 0% Salary N/A Job Skills N/A Shift N/A Min.
