Job Description
Premier Kitchens, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cabinet Sales Designer to join our growing team. We are looking for a confident, skilled, and professional individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can think on their feet, communicate effectively with clients and team members, and continually strive to improve both products and processes. You will oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring a seamless design and sales experience. Responsibilities
- Design custom cabinetry for kitchens, libraries, home offices, media rooms, closets, and other built-in cabinetry projects.
- Manage the design process from initial client consultation through final order submission.
- Create accurate design plans and presentations.
- Work closely with clients to develop functional, beautiful designs that meet their budget and expectations.
- Prepare project proposals, pricing, contracts, and supplier orders.
- Coordinate project details to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinet design and sales.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2022/2023 or comparable design software.
- Ability to incorporate field measurements (as-builts) and other design elements into complete, accurate designs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
