SR. PRODUCTION JOB CAPTAIN
to work out of ourLONG BEACH
office to prepare construction documents, conduct site surveys, and coordinate consultants for various retail interiors projects. CAPTAIN, you will be responsible for: Create thorough sets of highly technical construction documents without supervision. Excellent communication skills with the client, team, consultants, and government officials. Ability to coordinate Structural and MEP Consultant Drawings. Superior knowledge of City Plan Check processes and Building Codes Superior knowledge of technical detailing, construction materials and methods. Ability to source products and materials.- Thorough understanding of the Construction Administration process.
Minimum Qualifications:
2- 5-year(s) tenant improvement interior design experience preferred.- High proficiency in AutoCAD required, SketchUp and Revit a plus.
- Ability to hand sketch.
- Efficiency in managing multiple tenant improvement projects across all phases.
- Knowledge of architectural interior design concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced technical knowledge of all aspects of tenant improvement interior design, including Building Code and Title 24 expertise.
- Ability to take direction and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
