Detail-oriented, proactive and an ability to follow up on tasks. Work effectively under pressure using common sense, being safe and maintain a positive attitude. Able to act professionally and diplomatically by de-escalating situations and keeping the peace. Good judgment, making notifications of any pertinent issues as they arise. Observe, report, obtain video/photos and document. Able to provide related permits & successfully pass a background check.
