Pay:

Position Responsibilities Responsible for preparing presentation drawings and models. Involvement in coordination of internal team members and consultants. Participate and contribute to design discussions, idea generation, and design. Work closely with team members and assist to complete construction documents by meeting deadlines within expected time and budget constraints. Generate revisions and corrections from outline mock-ups & redlined drawings, Attend client meetings to observe our process and develop presentation skills. Participate in construction site visits to better understand the construction documents process. Candidate to have strong verbal & written communication skills, including note taking, email, phone, etc. Recognize conflicts that arise during construction and offer alternatives to resolve these issues. Ideal candidate is on the track to Architectural Licensing.

Experience:

Bachelors degree in architecture (or equivalent) required 3-5 years residential architectural experience with construction detailing required Intermediate Revit/CAD knowledge required- using Revit/CAD for a minimum of two years in a professional setting Experience working in Enscape, 3D studio Max, SketchUp a plus Compensation for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, and education. Annual compensation starting at $78K-$92K base plus full benefits package. Position is full time & in-office position.
