You will collaborate with a team of architects and interior designers to develop ambitious design concepts and in many cases advance the design through all phases of project delivery, building toward licensure and a reputation for being a well-rounded architect. You will be successful because you already know how to translate conceptual ideas and sketches into 3D models and have some experience with working drawings, and you are inquisitive about technical challenges as they arise. As an early career professional you may have a role on a wide range of project types including those in the education market, healthcare and commercial markets. Your work ethic, combined with your commitment to curiosity, creativity and collaboration makes Gensler the perfect place to grow your career. What You Will Do Work with the Design Director and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations and drawing sets. Visual communication, including compelling drawings, models and renderings, Use AI tools in the production of renderings, video, data analysis and presentations. Implement your existing 3D modeling skills and learn in-house production workflows for analysis, modeling, drawing and collaborating with the team. Learn to use and collaborate on Revit, our production platform. Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs. Your Qualifications Graduated from an accredited Architectural Degree program and working toward licensure. 5+ years of related project experience. Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas Swift and flexible to work on concurrent projects and pursuits You are curious, a creative thinker and an initiative-taker Demonstrated organizational and communication skills Demonstrated experience in most of the following platforms SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Enscape, Run Diffusion and/or other AI models and workflows, Revit. The base salary will be estimated between $85,000
  • $92,000.
