Full-Time Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of professional architectural design experience. B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited architecture program. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and schematic design expertise. Experience with zoning, planning, and entitlement processes , preferably on urban or mixed-use projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape or similar rendering tools. Experience with capacity studies, concept design, schematic design, entitlements, design development (DD), construction documents (CDs), and construction administration (CA). Strong graphic presentation, communication, and design skills. Knowledge of zoning regulations, accessibility requirements, building codes, and construction methods. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams. Ability to mentor and support junior designers. Architectural license is preferred but not required . campaignmsp1

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
