$85K About the Organization A leading multidisciplinary architecture and design firm specializing in architecture, interior design, master planning, and innovative building solutions. The organization works across multifamily housing, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use projects, with a strong focus on sustainable, community-oriented design and modern construction methods.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of professional architectural design experience. Strong conceptual and schematic design portfolio. Experience with zoning, planning, and entitlement processes, preferably in urban/mixed-use projects. B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited architecture program. Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools such as Enscape . Strong graphic presentation, communication, and design skills. Experience across capacity studies, concept design, schematic design, entitlements, DD, CDs, and CA. Ability to work independently and mentor junior designers. Familiarity with zoning, accessibility, building codes, and construction methods. Architectural license is preferred but not required .
