design Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Modeler to join our innovative engineering team. We are an experienced and established engineering firm in Sacramento, CA, for 50+ years. The firm is seeking a high-level engineer experienced in healthcare, civic, and commercial-type projects. Responsibilities Lead and manage projects for Modeling Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Manage the project with the design team. Lead the modeling of large-scale and complex mechanical systems—such HVAC, plumbing and/or fire protection systems - from concept through construction with minimal oversight. Resolve system conflicts during interdisciplinary coordination by collaborating with architectural, electrical engineering structural engineering, and civil engineering teams. Serve as the primary mechanical technical contact across internal and external project teams. Perform site visits, field verification, and project walks with high autonomy; generate professional-level reports. Guide QAQC reviews for mechanical deliverables and assists in the development of project-specific mechanical and plumbing quality plans. Requirements 10+ years in the AEC Industry preferred .

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
