Electrical BIM Modeler Location:
San Jose, California Salary:
$60,000-$80,000

Full-Time We're Hiring:
Electrical BIM Modeler We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team in the San Jose, CA area. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical industry experience along with strong Revit/BIM modeling skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction or engineering environment. What You'll Do Create and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Revit Develop electrical layouts, plans, and construction documents Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines Review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and potential conflicts Assist with clash detection and resolution Make revisions based on project requirements and field changes Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel Maintain BIM standards and ensure models meet project specifications Support projects from design through construction What We're Looking For Previous electrical industry experience required Professional experience using Revit required Experience with electrical BIM modeling and construction documentation Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a project team Preferred Qualifications Experience with electrical contracting or MEP construction Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection Familiarity with AutoCAD and other construction/design software Experience working on commercial, industrial, or large-scale electrical projects Compensation $60,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
