Overview Join our diverse team of designers and Architects as an Architectural Designer and unleash your creativity and technical expertise to shape innovative, sustainable, and functional spaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and consultants to develop compelling architectural designs. Duties Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs using CAD software such as Vectorworks, SektchUp Create accurate construction drawings, construction detail documentation, and models to facilitate project execution. Produce high-quality renderings and 3D visualizations using Adobe Creative Suite and Grasshopper 3D to communicate design intent effectively. Prepare construction documentation that includes specifications, details, and coordination drawings for contractors and builders. Requirements Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in drafting, modeling, and visualization. Proficiency in CAD software including Vectorworks, CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to produce detailed construction drawings and construction detail documentation accurately under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective negotiation with clients and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
