Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Mozaik Software Specialist to join our team specializing in custom cabinetry and millwork. This role bridges the gap between design and client relations, supporting projects from initial concept through to contract signing. As a key point of contact in the early phases of each project, you will work closely with clients to understand their design vision and guide them through the process with both technical and aesthetic insight. A strong background in cabinetry design and costing is essential, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients to understand project needs, goals, and budgets. Provide informed design guidance and propose solutions aligned with client expectations and company capabilities. Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment. Review and interpret cabinetry layouts, shop drawings, and renderings to support estimating and client discussions. Coordinate revisions, pricing updates, and project documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or high-end interior design projects. Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and hardware used in high-end cabinetry. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Sales or client-facing experience in a design or construction-related environment is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Mozaik is required. Familiarity with SketchUp , AutoCAD , or other design/drafting software. Basic knowledge of rendering or 3D visualization tools.
Preferred Attributes:
Strong aesthetic sense with practical knowledge of space planning and functional design. Comfortable managing multiple clients and project timelines simultaneously. experience.
Compensation:
$25.00/hour during a 2-month probation period After probation: $30.00/hour + commission With strong performance and closed projects, total annual compensation has the potential to grow up to $100,000/year
