Architectural Drafter

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architectural Drafter to join our Architecture team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles and be proficient in various drafting software, specifically AutoCAD. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers and designers to create accurate and comprehensive drawings that meet project specifications. If you have a passion for design and technical precision, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD. Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. Create 3D models and renderings using tools like SketchUp. Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the drafting process. Experience Proficiency in drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp. Experience in graphic design is a plus to enhance presentation quality of designs. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
