Project Manager Multi-Family Kitchen & Bath Design

Below are the roles and responsibilities included but not limited to the Project Manager position.

• Assist with material procurement
• Supporting subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multi-family kitchen and bath design projects from conception to completion. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Utilize design software (AutoCAD, 2020 and/or Cabinet Vision) to create, review, and modify project plans and layouts. Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely project milestones and completion. Manage subcontractor hiring, contract negotiation, and work assignments. Ensure projects adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project delivery. Communicate effectively with clients, designers, architects, and team members to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction. Troubleshoot and provide hands-on support as needed to address construction challenges.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in multi-family design and construction Strong understanding of multi-family construction, including cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and structural work. Proficiency in Auto

CAD, 2020

Design, and Cabinet Vision. Experience with residential projects is a plus. Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, accountable, and willing to take a hands-on approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in multi-family construction. In-depth knowledge of construction management principles and best practices. Valid drivers license and travel will be required to our jobsites, which include but not limited to Arizona, Northern and Southern California and Colorado.
