Our portfolio ranges from cafes & restaurants, commercial & institutional projects, schools, cultural spaces, and residences to public projects, installations, environmental graphics, branding, and furniture.
Requirements:
Completion of bachelor's or masters degree in architecture from an accredited US architecture program. License to practice architecture is a plus. Ability to meet deadlines and to complete tasks accurately with strong attention to detail. Experience producing design, permit and construction documents, specifications, etc. and managing a team. Excellent technical knowledge & facile at coordinating consultants. Construction administration and project management experience. Familiarity with state and local building codes and accessibility requirements. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite a must. Also seeking someone with experience with AutoCAD, Enscape and/or Lumion, and Rhino with outstanding graphic presentation skills. Interest in multidisciplinary design, shifting gears, and wearing multiple hats. Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication, and leadership skills. Must be a calm, positive team player and work well with others. Fluency in English is required.
